PROCESS
This is how we do it.
We complete brand launch projects in four phases – branding, website, collateral, and social. Each phase broken up over four steps – kickoff, develop, revise, and sign off. During the kickoff, we conduct a 30-minute meeting to finalize the development plan of our current phase. Next, we begin creating the deliverables of the phase during the development step. We then go through up to 2 rounds of revisions to get the deliverables ready for final approval. As a last step, we obtain final approval of the deliverables, certifying phase completion. We repeat this cycle for each phase of the project creating, revising, and saving all of the deliverables so that they are ready for launch time.
